We currently provide shipping across India.

International shipping is currently not offered unless specifically agreed with the customer before placing an order.

Free shipping is available across India on orders placed through our website.

No additional standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.

Orders generally require approximately 15–20 days for processing and delivery.

As many of our products involve customised or carefully prepared Mithila painting work, processing time may vary slightly depending on the product and order requirements.

4. Delivery Time

The normal estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 7–8 days from order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer in certain circumstances due to:

• Weather conditions

• Courier delays

• Remote delivery locations

• High order volumes

• Unforeseen logistical circumstances

5. Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket and its associated courier partners to process and deliver orders.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to the customer where available.

Customers can use the tracking information to follow the status of their shipment.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, and other required information.

Mithila Wear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number.

We will coordinate with our shipping partner to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate update.

9. Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep the original packaging and provide photographs or videos when requested so that we can investigate the issue.
