1. About Our Products

Mithila Wear offers clothing inspired by traditional Mithila (Madhubani) painting, including Mithila painting kurtas and related products.

Our products are made in Madhubani, Mithila, and may contain handmade or handcrafted artistic elements. Because of the nature of handmade artwork, minor variations in design, colour, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations are a natural part of the product and do not necessarily represent a defect.

2. Account and Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that your name, mobile number, email address, and delivery address are correct.

Mithila Wear is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

We accept the payment methods made available during checkout, which may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. However, changes will generally not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Mithila Wear reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Mithila Wear, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

5. Product Images and Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately.

However, the actual colour of a product may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen settings.

6. Customised Products

Our products may be customised or specially prepared according to customer requirements.

Because customised products are prepared specifically for the customer, orders for customised products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except where the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an issue attributable to Mithila Wear.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally delivered across India within approximately 7–8 days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather, logistical conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping is currently free across India.

Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Shiprocket, and tracking information will be provided to customers where available.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the customised nature of our products, Mithila Wear does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, colour preference, or other personal reasons.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.

Eligible cases will be reviewed and, where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Mithila Wear may provide an appropriate replacement or other remedy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mithila Wear shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
